What is Fattopia?

Fattopia represents a realization and exploration of my unhealthy weight. I am fat and I have been 'happy' with my fat for many years; but my fat will kill me. So I started eating smarter (not less), moving faster and more often, and the fat has started to leave my body. I will be telling my story here and I encourage you to lose fat, eat smarter, and share your story with us.
